Queen of the Sea WIP 5

This is a work in progress, so I'm not done yet. Now is the time for ya'll to point out my errors, ok?

Be...reasonable XD

I used india ink for her hair and diluted it for the grey of the ledge she's on. Everything was done with a fine detail brush(the lines of the rock took me forever )

Her tail has been done in three shades of textile dyes(fabric dyes in this case), and the same goes for the webbing between her fingers, as well as her eye.

Her shirt was done by soaking loose tea leaves in water for about two days, and then using a brush to apply the concentrated tea.

Her skin was done with two shades of brown india ink diluted with a few drops of water. I stained the lips with strawberry juice before hand and then went over it with the inks as well.

I might be redoing her tail, webbing, and eyes as I now have these gorgeous shades of blue india ink....I'll keep you posted

She is drawn with a 0.3 mechanical pencil(I'm pretty sure its a drafting pencil, actually) and several erasers.
